How to walk a Spitz puppy

A Pomeranian Spitz puppy is a fairly unpretentious animal, but in the early days it needs an eye for an eye. For example, it should only be walked on a lead: the Pomeranian is very brave, but it is small and can show signs of aggression towards larger dogs, and no one is responsible for the consequences.

A leash is also required when crossing the road: the Spitz must be trained to cross the road with you and next to you. The Pomeranian should never walk along the side of the road. An occasional signal or noise may frighten them and they may be accidentally hit by a car.

For the first few months, it’s best to walk your puppy in an enclosed area with a fence. Any holes need to be filled. However, even in a safe area, your Pomeranian needs to be watched to make sure he does not fall into a hole or pit. Such dangerous areas should also be fenced off.

The Pomeranian is not only a fun animal, but also a defenceless animal that is always hoping for you. You must protect the Pomeranian Spitz, as it will not defend itself.
