Pomeranian Spitz puppies are sold vaccinated, microchipped and documented with FCI international pedigree, vaccination vet passport and contract of sale.
We do not represent puppies as a show or breeding class. The puppy may only have a prospect at the time of sale according to the breeder. We can’t guarantee a puppy’s show or breeding ability, we can only speculate on its development.
The puppy is sold “as is” with all the risks associated with the development and growth of a living organism. The seller does not guarantee the bite after the change of teeth, the growth of the sold dog, or any other changes in its appearance during its growth that may affect its prospects for breeding and show participation.
We guarantee that the puppy is completely healthy at the time of sale. We also guarantee that the puppy is not affected by viral diseases (plague, viral hepatitis, parvovirus, adenovirosis).
We are not responsible for any genetic diseases of the animal that appear after the sale. The breeder (seller) is not responsible for any physical, mental or psychological defects related to the care, upbringing, feeding, veterinary care, etc. after the dog has been handed over to the buyer.
We are not liable for illness or death caused by mishandling or accident.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the breed standard of the dog to be purchased and the possible risks associated with the diseases to which the dog chosen by the buyer is prone, before purchasing the dog.
The customer has the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian to ensure that it is free of any abnormalities.
When you buy a puppy from us, you will receive professional help and advice.
Any complaints about your dog’s health, other than those relating to viral diseases, will be dealt with within two days of the dog leaving our home and with the conclusion of a qualified vet.
By paying the deposit for the puppy, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these conditions.
